"CLAUDIO PARRONE JR.

25 IN LA

 MELODICALLY RAW

STRIPPED-BACK POP FOLK"

" “25 in LA” is the 9th single released by the up and coming recording artist Claudio Parrone Jr. With his jazzy undertones, stripped back acoustic style and quintessentially Pop Folk sensibility it’s safe to say he’s created yet another hit.

Whilst there is certainly no shortage of artists attempting to master the soundscapes only to come off sounding like a poor carbon copy of Ed Sheeran, Claudio is irrefutably an exception to this rule with his radio-ready harmonious edge. The experimental instrumental arrangements sat tightly against Claudio’s mesmeric vocal capacity as he versed raw and honest lyrics steeped in romanticism. I have no doubt that with such an accessible sound he won’t stay on the underground for too long."

"CLAUDIO PARRONE JR.'S LATEST SUMMER-SOAKED LUCID POP HIT"

*Click here to stream "Summer Time" on Spotify*

"CJ Parrone’s latest Pop single ‘Summer Time’ is one of those romantically inclined anthems that will probably make you want to do a little cry if you’re flying solo this summer

Whilst poets may find romanticism in the autumn, there’s no better time for Pop artists to help you fall in love with their soundscapes, but Summer Time is far from your average Pop hit. There’s a lucidity weaved into the mix which incorporates both electronic and acoustic elements.

For me, the guitar-driven melodies stole the show, every time they were allowed to come to the front of the mix I was captivated and almost never wanted the instrumental segments to end. But that’s not to say that CJ Parrone’s dulcetly smooth vocals aren’t as resounding as the beat behind this blissfully cathartic Pop anthem.

"CLAUDIO PARRONE JR. – SIGHTS UNSEEN: MUSIC THAT

REDEFINES POP… IT’S ABOUT TIME"

"Claudio Parrone Jr’s latest EP Sights Unseen was released in 2017 by the Indie Pop artist who poured his soul into the 5 compellingly romantic tracks. I’m not usually a fan of Indie Pop vocals, however Claudio’s voice is so resonantly immersive, it’s impossible not to get drawn in by his vocal ability.

A favourite of mine has to be ‘Gray’ with it’s Jazz infused beats and rounded by the instrumental fury that flows through the track with stylish rhythm and blinding melodies. Gray is an instant classic for me, I didn’t hesitate to add to my melodic playlist. His genre bounding sound excited me at every turn as I listened in awe as the polished beats hit me, pacifying me through the nostalgic romanticism of the sound.

It was Claudio’s aim to redefine Pop music, it’s safe to say he’s blown it out of the park with Sights Unseen, I’m stoked to hear his debut album which will be released later in 2018."
